Ward 30

Ward 30 is a hustling and bustling part of the City of Toronto. It's flanked by the one of the biggest artery into the city with the DonValley Parkway and Don River to the West. Danforth Avenue to the North, Coxwell, Greenwood Avenue to the East and the Portlands, Cherry Beach and Lake Ontario to the South.

Ward 30 contains some great neighbourhoods with great personality and culture. Largest Greektown in North America is on Danforth, Little India, China Town East and the newer thriving Leslieville for the trendy at heart.

But Ward 30 has little Treasures that not only make this a place where I live but I call home, from the Motorcycle conventions that happen at the Leslie St. Tim Horton's, the quiet and beautiful beach of Cherry Beach, the walk in Pool that is the Public Pool at Riverdale, the best toboggan hill in the city that is free, the lush Withrow Park. Within all these great little locations are thriving Mom and Pop business that are unique to their street, from the cafés and restaurants on the Danforth to the wine bars and antique shops on Queen East.

Those who live in this ward are proud to call it theirs and tend not to want to leave.
